Zane Sullivan

Zane Sullivan a Montana native, graduated from Montana State University Bozeman Montana with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and from the University of Montana School of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree before joining a Missoula firm practicing business law. Later he became involved in the title insurance industry as President and General Counsel for five title insurance offices in Montana. 

A substantial part of his practice includes the representation of Realtor organizations and brokerage companies. Mr. Sullivan served as counsel for the Montana Association of Realtors for over 20 years. In this capacity he was a lobbyist for the Association promoting the passage of various pieces of legislation of interest to real estate licensees. Many of the bills he worked on are current law in the State of Montana, including the mold disclosure requirements, dual agency, duties and responsibilities of real estate licensees to sellers and buyers, agency disclosure and obligations, Megan's law disclosure and Radon disclosure requirements. As counsel for the Montana Association of Realtors, Mr. Sullivan's firm drafted many of the forms used by Realtors in the State of Montana and continues to serve on the Montana Association of Realtors Forms Subcommittee. 

In addition to his law practice, Zane is a real estate licensee in Montana and previously a Broker licensee in California.

Mr.  Sullivan is admitted to practice before all Montana Courts, the Ninth Circuit Court and the United States Supreme Court.
